6-Feb-12 Here's something I had not planned on doing - removing the front copyler pocket from the pilot bumper. The locktite on the screws worked, it was had to remove them. "they won't vibrate loose" said Bill. First we need to enlarge the coupler pin hole from 1/4" to 5/16" to match the cast hole in the coupler. Using a close-fitting transfer punch pin, held in a collet in the spindle, and putting the punch pin in the pocket hole, we align the vise to clamp the pocket directly under spindle center.
